I am sitting in the Gorham, NH public library, checking my mail and being grateful for all of the support that we are having for our journey. Several people have been asking about sending care packages and what to include, so I am going to list some of the things that we have been taking to enjoying in our numerous attempts to sate the insatiable hunger we have acquired on the trail.

If I think of any other specific items, I will try to post it but for now, I think that this should pretty much cover it. We are having to eat something like 3 4-5000 calories a day to keep weight from going down too fast. We have both lost a lot of fat and gained a bit of muscle resulting in lower weights. Please remember if you are trying to take care of us that we have to carry whatever you send, so take that into consideration. We have beeen contemplating with every step the things that we really need and have been sending many things we first thought important home.
